How to Get Through Coronavirus Quarantine

Here are 4 tips to help you get through these troubled times and to cope with the need to quarantine with the best possible state of mind.

We are living strange times. During these days we must be confined to our homes. We all know the essential measures to get over this coronavirus pandemic. Actions like washing your hands properly, avoid social contact, to sneeze and cough into your elbow, not the palm of your hand, disinfect high-contact surfaces such as door handles, light switches, steering wheels, and so on...

We are dealing with a highly-infectious virus. We are not dealing, however, with the end of our civilization as we know it. For now, there’s no reason to believe that a large-scale outbreak will destroy our supply chains. So, stick to the essentials and please try to turn this confinement into quality time with your family and also time to check your bike and do those things you’ve been putting on hold.

Keeping yourself and your family healthy and safe is the best thing you can do right now. But we also know that this is always easier said than done and there will be times where you will freak out on your couch watching the 10th episode in a row of your favorite Netflix show. That's why we prepared some nice tips that will help you get through this quarantine successfully and with the best possible state of mind.

You will want some quality off-road time, we know that. So, prepare this in advance. Choose the 10 top spots where you want to ride after this is over. List your favorite tracks and trails. 4. Exercise.

This will be the key factor to enjoy your rides even more after quarantine. If you train now, you’ll be able to ride longer with less muscle fatigue. The more endurance you have, the longer and further you can enjoy the ride.
