You will be responsible for:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
- Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users).
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Development teams.
- Responsible for the product quality assurance.

Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards.
Qualifications And Work Experience:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.
- 2+ years of experience in similar positions.
- Problem-solving, excellent communication and organizational skills.

Multi-tasking abilities:
- Similar experience in the past;
- Familiar with quality tools (5WHYs 8D ISHIKAWA).
- Patience when handling tough cases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish mandatory).
- Understanding of bicycle, moto and mobility industry is a plus.
